Who We Are
Meet the Co-Executive Directors: Erich and Ginny Becker
Erich and Ginny have been married for over 43 years, and they have spent their years together in full-time vocational ministry – first with Young Life and the rest on staff at a local church. They have a passion to help couples build their marriage on a strong foundation and stay healthily married for a lifetime. They discovered this passion early in their own marriage as they became aware of how ill-prepared for marriage they had been.
Both Erich and Ginny have ministered to married couples for over 30 years, teaching premarital workshops, holding marriage conferences, and doing couple-to-couple marriage coaching and mentoring. Erich and Ginny have performed over 300 weddings and together they have coached hundreds of couples.
Erich holds a B.A. degree in English from William and Mary, and Ginny holds a B.A. degree in Theater and Dance from Old Dominion University. They have both completed a 2-year Spiritual Formation Program through the Transforming Center and Erich is a certified Soul Care Provider through Potters Inn.
Erich and Ginny love hanging out with their 4 kids, their kids-in-law, and their amazing grandchildren. They are thrilled now to be able to singularly pursue their passion and calling to help married couples thrive through Sparrow Ministries.
